Blossom Hill BBQ and Burgers is the fulfillment of a dream. Owner Kevin Dillmon brought together the talents and perspectives of our team and a love for our Rome, GA community to create an indoor-outdoor space where you feel at home. Just about every item you see on the menu is made in-house: pork, beef, and chicken smoked in our custom-built smoker, homemade sides and fixings like pickles, baked beans, mac & cheese, plus mouth-watering desserts like fried pies and milkshakes. Here at Blossom Hill, our chef team isn't really known for being a "traditional" bunch. So, we bring you high-quality food made in-house that’s fun and tasty with an extra twist here and there.
